[letter to a loved one]
ashley, dear, take heart. its not the end of the world...its not so much what course you get at it is who you are. even a computer programmer and give his life wholeheartedly to serving the poor, while the qualified md can only think about his next fat paycheck. my point? learning skills is all well and good, but in the end, its the heart which makes the difference. and i know you have heart enough that no matter what u end up doing in the end, you will make a difference.
i have faith in you.
